Every October, the Kodiak Chamber of Commerce celebrates as a great year and to recognize several Chamber Members who have gone above and beyond to support the Chamber and the Kodiak community. We encourage all of our members to attend the evently night.
Kodiak Chamber of Commerce hosts the annual Coast Guard Appreciation Dinner “We Applaud You.” This event provides the Kodiak community an opportunity to salute and recognize Coast Guard personnel for their hard work and dedication to making Kodiak a safe place to live, work, and raise a family. The Coast Guard attendees are selected by their individual command and are often the men and women who work behind the scenes to get the job done.
Every first Saturday in May (weather permitting) Community citizens, leader and volunteers join together to help clean up Kodiak. Lunch is provided to all volunteers.
The Chamber has several programs to keep Kodiak clean. We rely on our members, sponsors, and community to help us fight litter on our road and parks.
