The Kodiak Chamber of Commerce is excited to launch the 2026 Kodiak Home Show, happening February 27–March 1 at the Kodiak Marketplace. Show hours are Friday from 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. This new community expo connects Kodiak residents, homeowners, renters, landlords, and decision-makers with the businesses and organizations that support housing, construction, development, and overall quality of life — both residential and commercial. Admission is free to attend, and guests can explore vendor booths, connect with local experts, and participate in daily raffle drawings and door prizes throughout the weekend.
Who Should Exhibit?
Builders, contractors, skilled trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, flooring, excavation, etc. Engineers, architects, designers, and construction service providers, commercial property owners, developers, investors, project managers, and business owners planning expansions, banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, and insurance providers, title, escrow, real estate professionals, rental professionals, and property managers.
