An individual must be 18 years or older at the time of entry purchase. Purchaser must be legal resident of the state of Alaska. Internet sales of raffle tickets are open only to legal residents of Alaska physically present in Alaska when the transaction occurs. Only one person per ticket may be designated to receive payment.
The total prize winnings is over $20,500*, plus (2) Alaska Airline tickets!
- The contest is open to persons 18 or older and must be legal resident of the United States of America residing in Alaska.
- Tickets are $25 each or you can purchase 5 tickets for $100, and a maximum of 3,000 tickets will be sold.
- All are eligible to win except employees of the Kodiak Chamber of Commerce (KCC) and their immediate families.
- Prizes are: 1st Ticket Drawn is for $500; 2nd Ticket Drawn is for $1,000; 3rd Ticket Drawn is for $1,500, 4th Ticket Drawn is for $2,000; 5th Ticket Drawn is for $2,000 plus 2 Unrestricted Round Trip Tickets on Alaska Airlines; 6th Ticket Drawn is for $3,500, 7th and Final Ticket Drawn is for $10,000.
- The drawing of the Winners will take place on Monday, May 27th, 2024, at 3 PM at Kodiak Crab Festival Headquarters. 403 W Marine Way, Kodiak, 99615
- Must register with name, address, phone number, and email. Winners will be contacted within ten days of the drawing. You need not be present to win. Winners have 45 days to collect the prize. The winners will be required to sign a KCC release form before the prize is awarded. The winner’s identification and Social Security number are required to claim certain prizes. The awarding of prizes will be determined by scheduling and arrangements made through the KCC with the winner’s cooperation.
- Winners must consent to the use of their names and image without compensation for advertising purposes.
- Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Non-compliance with rules by the winner(s) may result in the forfeiture of the prize(s). The KCC remains the final decision maker in all matters relating to contesting to ensure fairness for all parties involved.
